this is gonna be short cuz i have to go drive, but i feel like i need to post and let you all know that i am alive. still breathing. my heart is still beating. ive just been super busy. all my days have been running together, little trifling ( ^^ fun word) things throughout the day like cleaning room, practising guitar (watch me use english spelling, hee hee hee), chores, babysitting... and then a bit of sleep when necessary ( i can go on 3 hours now, im very proud of myself!!), you know drink some pink lemonade, eat some cake, throw some toads outta my room... pretend to be sociable and agreeable when FORCED. its pretty blah. so i do what i can. but next week, i have worship camp~ yaaaaaaaaay. i get to see all my homies from last year, and PW's stopping by sometime??? so he says. oh. i have to go DRIIIIIVE (agh)...

I GOT SILLY BANDZZZ a purple penguin (haaaa ironic) and an orange seal :3 i feel way cool now... what i really want are dinosaurs tho, epic. well today should be fuuuun~ not. my dad woke me up at 9:00 ( we're leaving, you gotta get up and babysit) so i rolled over and said alrite i'll be up in a minute. so ten minutes later, i come upstairs and get informed that since i wasnt upstairs before the parents left, leah is now in charge and not me. :/ i was not happy. but now im like alrite... took a 30 minute shower, made a mess in the kitchen, lounging around in my pjs all while listening to leah try to contrl the sibs~ ooooh i could get used to this ;). the only downside is that i dont get paid, but thats alrite. im not particularly needing money for anything at the moment... so later today we get our korean students from MSU. they will stay tonite and tommorow nite and return to MSU sunday nite... we've been doing this for 6 years now so its nothing new, but its still always an adventure. its fun tho, we learn alot of culture and some basic language skills so tahts really cool... but it also means we have to be on our best behavior 24/7 meh.

laaaaaaaaaaa la la la. so did i mention i got a guitar? ive been having all sorts of crazy fun with it~ i totally suck, but its all good you gotta start somewhere. plus i was majorly sick of piano so its nice to have a change. and i have some songs i've done that have been dying for some guitar and NO MORE PIANO ( its the effect, you know?) so thats nice too.... and im noticing a pattern, like a zillion songs have the same chord pattern which is interesting O.o

i need to stop reading harry potter before i go to bed. i was reading the goblet of fire last nite, and this morning i woke up and remembered i had this crazy dream that i went over to clean these ppls house, but there was no one there and i was like what the cookies? so i go outside and they have this giant bean garden (court and plushie, can you think where THAT came from...) and im like imma go pick some and eat em! so to do this i had to stand on their car and hop on the roof ( yes, beans on the roof) and i looked into the car and there were the ppl, dead with a horrified expression on their faces... then i looked over and there was a giant snake coming towards me... then i woke up. weird.

i has a guitar and a mousie! my guitar i actually got for free from an old teacher of mine (mrs carr for those of you who know her) because i helped out at her garage sale, and i just recently got the thing tuned and strung so now i can play!! alrite so it doesnt sound all that great, but its a challenge. i am SOOO sick of piano its nice to have a change! plus with guitar you can take it wherever you want whereas a piano... not so much. and i really cant read music... how sad is that? ive been playing piano like 5 years and can't read music? well i can, but i cant. like i COULD if i worked really hard at it and wanted to spend forever,but i generally just memorize the sheet music for the songs i like so i dont have to deal with it again :/ yes, i know i am messed up. so so far all i have to worry about it chord names with guitar, im not worrying about finger picking and all that yet. so i can play teardrops on my guitar and beautiful eyes (both by tay swift), collide (howie day), bubbly (colbie caillat) and i think thats about it. all of them have basically the same chord progressions so its all good. and i have WORSHIP CAMP next week woot woot~ put your haaaaands up! hey PW are you coming or what? i havent heard anything from anyone about it...

my mousie. i have named him/her jacopo. it is currently somewhere in my room, i suspect under my dresser as that is where i have been leaving oyster crackers and then they are gone. he ran out of my room the other day and my mum SCREAMED and was all time to buy traps! but they didnt yet, so i;m really hoping to catch him so i can let him go outside. id like to keep him, but i dont think he'd be very since he's used to the great outdoors. speaking of which im not sure exactly how he got in. i mean yeah i got some ideas... but who knows.

in other news, ive been having drivers training lately. i hate it. i cant wait to get a lisence, like i really want to get one, but i hate all this sitting. and my teacher is NUTS! this guy... *sigh. most of you (court and plushie) have heard all about his craziness so i wont go into details but really he's nuts, plain and simple.

hey. i'm really not very happy with my parents right now, they... man they have done a lot, but lately they have become ridiculously controlling and I don't even know why. I don't understand most of their decisions, let alone AGREE and I have made that very clear to dear Father but since i'm just a teenager, it doesnt really matter what *I* say now does it? nope. my input is pretty much invalid~! but it was worth a try, maybe. also, other peoples parents are being dumb too. okay parent singular. what is the thing that parents dont want their kids to enjoy life so they pull all priveleges? or the one that makes their kids really happy, the important one... *sigh. so, parents? listen to your kids, they know more than you think and understand more than you do in all your parental wisdom some times. deal with it alrite? it wont kill you to listen to me, to trust me, to think that maybe sometimes my mind isnt ravaged by hormones like you all assume. I have a brain and sometimes, I use it more often than you.

i am so drained today. even my mom mentioned that my eyes were bloodshot~ in the end i dont care tho, its all worth it. that wont make sense to most of you but... alrite. anyways. so today has been interesting, i got up around 8 to babysit then fell asleep in the shower, then i went downstairs to get out of my pjs and ended up falling asleep yet again... when i woke up i was like oh SNAP the kids are upstairs arent they...so i rushed upstairs and luckily they were still watching TV and werent like murdering each other. well the rest of my babysitting went fairly well, and when mum got home i stumbled downstairs and crashed for a while then came upstairs, made myself a chili dog (well kinda.. taco meat on a hot dog), ate an apple and now here i be! so, my bloggers, the world will keep turning and people will keep living their lives but today more than any other day i wish i could just pause it all and breathe.

things i will never understand (part one):

1. whats the big deal about the tab on the mattress that cannot be removed... i plan on removing mine soon and getting a video of me being such a rebel. I mean really, why's it so important to leave the tag on?
2. why parents are so randomly strict. i don't understand alot of the things my parents are so set on... like for one they never let me call guys, unless its like for homework stuff. since this is hello the modern world this makes no sense to me at ALL but alrite, whatever...
3. weed whackers. i had to use one yesterday and it almost killed me, no really it was reallyyy bad. first of all, i had to wear these horrid safety glasses that made me look like a GEEK and then all this grass shot out at me and made me look like i had hairy green legs.... then the stupid blue whippy stuff kept unraveling everywhere. finally, the last three feet i litterally ripped the grass out of the ground myself to avoid using the beast
4. guys that buy girls necklaces with their (the guys) name on it. this seems random, but i was looking through my diary today and on my HS trip we went to the hoover dam and my homebro borrowed some money to buy his girlfriend a necklace with his name on it. alrite, am i just a feminist freak or does this bother you too? its like a dog peeing on a hydrant " THIS IS MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!" its like by accepting it, she's saying "my name isnt good enough. i'll be just like him" i dunno, this just BOTHERS me, its like well my identity is shot, you are sooo much more important... what do you think? aminuts?
5. html. i really dont get html, i have tried to mess with it b4 and yeah wow, that didnt work out so well...
6. earwigs. what is their purpose in life beyond looking icky? *shudder* i HATE those things, they're just NASTY i've taken to keeping a cup of water in my room and just dropping them in it when i find them so they can drown, yeah harsh. what can i say.

in other news, my turncoat siblings went to see a clown today. i am still horrified. and in MORE news, court i still have to do that room meme~ esp since i just moved a ton of stuff around and got a bigger bed, yaaay. speaking of bigger bed, its strange, its gonna take me awhile to get used to the fact that if i wanted to i could sleep completey spread out and still barely take up all the room! ho hum. ooooh did i mention i had some amazing tea a few days ago? lemme find some pictures... so my dad went to take our rude arab friends back to MSU and called to say he was at bubble island, what did i want... so before now id only ever had like plain and strawberry milk tea with the black bubbles, but i was like hmm im feeling like fruity stuff so i got a strawberry something or other like snow tea or something? with mango stars... oooh yummmmmmm

a run in with the weed whacker and other unfortunate tales

good morning. and indeed it is a good morning. lovely actually. these mornings, however may very well be the death of me! maaaaaaaaaaaan. anyways. so i got up around 10 ish, and found myself on the floor, with no blankets or pillows, just sprawled in the middle of my room! for those of you who dont know, im getting a new bed ( upgrade from twin to full woot woot) so my mum took out my old frame and boxsprings and everything leaving me with only my mattress, pillows etc... this makes it very easy to just roll off the bed and onto the floor, which apparently was my dillema. i was so tired, its a good thing i was on just the mattress or that would have been a big thunk down to the concrete floor...in other news, a very loud cricket has taken residence in my window well, and im not sure how i feel about this. I love crickets, and i love listening to them, but this one is rather loud and random, he'll start chirping for 5 minutes at TOP VOLUME then nothing for 15 minutes, then he'll be back... like he's giving a concert or something. I shall name it Cameron the Cricket and i shall love him forever. ahem. rite-o, ANYWAYS.

oh yeah, i must tell about the horridly rude men that came over yesterday. not only did they not eat any of the giant meal we made for them, but they were completely disinterested and silent making for some very awkward moments. then, after a short walk they turned to my dad and said " uh... can we go now?" with not even a thanks or nice of you to have us over! grrrrrrrrrrooowwwwl. whatever.

and i also had a run in with the grill in which i was almost a piece of charred-girlie. turn all the burners on my dad said, then push the red button. i did this and THREE FEET OF FLAMES SHOT OUT AT ME! this caused much laughter from my dad, who i was talking to on the phone, and much screaming and then laughter from me. its really not funny!!

and then the weed whacker, so i finally figured that beast out and then it started to rain. first of all, the little blue whippy thing kept getting sucked in so it wouldnt do anything, then it just wouldnt work ( well maybe that was cuz it wasnt plugged in... :/) then it rained. and now i have to go start it again cuz its not raining. *sigh.

so, what has been happening lately? that, my friends is a good question. well, ive been rully tired of late, especially today~ i had to get up at 7 to babysit so i jumped in the shower thinking well this outta wake me up, rite? uh no. somehow i ended up falling asleep standing up and next thing i know im waking up and the whole bathroom is FULL OF STEAM and i realized that i am a failure at babysitting. i also am prolly a failure because i allowed abby to tie doug up in the backyard.. but hey, he totally deserved it the little twerp was just asking for it! now dont get the wrong idea, i love my sibs they're alot of fun but somedays i just want to string them up by their toes!!! in other news... i ate this really spicy chicken patty a few minutes ago and it is really stinging my tongue~owwww. why am i telling you this? my life is way to boring~ someone please save me from the normalcy of life~plushie, we need to catch that train already and get some PINK LEMONADE ;) yaaaaaay these days are just dragging, and blurring... its weird. i need a meme. anything to make this more interesting. forgive me latest meme craze, i dont have nething to pooooost!

so we went to see toystory3 yesterday, that was rly cute~ i liked it. the ken guy in it is absolutely hilarious, at the end woody reads this note on nice stationary with bubbly hand writing and lots of little hearts everywhere and someones like " wow, barbie has great handwriting." and some else is like " uh thats not barbie... and at the bottom is says 'love,ken' " hahaha. it was goofy, and vaguely violent for disney but i liked it all the same. so since we were in GL already we went to Lickety Split for ice cream (omw, so many memories there....) and decided to drive by our *sniffle* old house... i thought i was going to cry! as we drove around i saw the house where my best friend used to live, the house where kim dave and their dog lived ( really great ppl, like my best adult friends i adored them), the place where old decrepit bessie lived... she had this great trampoline she let me jump on... then our house... my favorite house that we've lived in. even tho we only lived there about 4 years and i was young, its where most of my memories are... then we passed diane and mikes house... and mickey, their son was outside on the phone~ 200 pounds heavier than when i last saw him! haha, funny story. i had the biggest crush on this kid when we lived there, i was like 5 at the time and he was like the bomb~ i used to sing the "hey mickey you're so fine..." song under my breath. at the time he was like 15 too so it was really funny. oh man, i could go on forever here stuck in my memories, but i wont. ill leave and finish ebay stuff!

dear blogger, i regret to inform you that i have not felt in any way motivated to post in quite some time. i have cheated on you with my diary because some things are just too secret to tell you about. please dont be angry, just understand that your style isnt my style right now and i cant really say all that i need to say to you so i might be a bit vague in the near present/futureness. don't take this the wrong way, i still care for you, i just don't really feel like including you in "the loop." nevertheless, I will do my best to keep you informed atleast of day to day events and check in to let you know that I am still alive, but beyond that i make no promises. please understand me when i say i still love you.

with that said, i feel obligated to blog now. *sigh. okay, ill think of something cuz it HAS been awhile since i've actually posted :/. well, this past week was day camp, and we had our crazy carnival on friday which was loads of fun... except i didnt get to get my face painted cuz the line was too long and they wouldnt lemme in the bounce house ( :-O... no fair!). but over all it was fun, im sad its over~ life is kinda boring w/o something to do everyday, especially when that something consists of catching frogs, wading in swamps, dancing around with friends and being silly! but anyways, im back to normal life. well saturday was an epic flop... we danced for art in the park but our music died so it didnt really work out at all. then we went to the beach... which was alrite, but its kinda an icky beach. and then church, which was also alrite. nothing out of the ordinary. then today was strange, i got up around nine and lazed around for awhile, then i ended up back in my room and i guess i fell asleep cuz next thing i knew it was noon and my mom was standing over me asking why i wasnt working on doing the laundry... then i had to get up (*sigh, i was soooo tired) and do laundry... then leah and her strange friend wanted me to take their pictures all glamourous so we did that. and now, my parents are out seeing the A Team and im babysitting,and we are making smores with graham crackers and swiss cake rolls... mmmmmm <3 okay. now im getting off here and doing my job of bleh babysitting.

ohhhhh maaaaaaan

oh man. i could say that about alot of things this week, but what im talking about today is the day camp sleepover/beach trip/yesterdayness/todayness and how i nearly died a few times. lemme start with the beach~ they needed a lifeguard and i have certification so i got voted to go and help. really, what this entailed was sitting with my friends (Emily and Eric~ no, not that Eric, this is a completely diff Eric) and eating strange combos of pizza, chips and carrots and making fun of Emily and Eric who obviously have crushes on each other. haha! but we took like 5 trips to take everyone to the beach and i went on trip one to supervise. I.Love.Being.In.Charge. while I was in charge, i used my lifeguarding priveleges to win a game of vball and force a kid to give me a swiss cake roll on penalty of eye poking and LOUD whistle blowing (yush, i had a whistle...be jealous.)that was fun. then later began the race for man points with Eric. lemme explain, we were playing volley ball and threatening each other ie " when im done with you, you're gonna look like mashed potatoes!" so on and so forth, so when i hit it and he fell over trying to get it ("it was the SUN!!") i got one man point for being more manly than he is... so from there we've been gaining man points. for example, he won four out of seven carpet ball games against me so he got two man points, and then we both got 50 man points for decorating DJ's name tag with rainbow beads and flowers. haha!! so due to several incidents, im up to 61, Eric has 55 and Emily has a mere 5. omw~ plushie!! so i took lucas with me ( couldnt leave him home to be lonely!) , and we were in the van and i was rummaging through my bag and he fell out... and everyone was SOOO jealous of him, i literally had to pry him from the fingers of several middle schoolers who thought he was the greatest thing since buttered bread!!

then we had a midnite hike, srsly this was insane. we basically trekked through the woods trying not to run into each other (ha, that didnt work) and get all scratched up in the pitch blackness~ no flashlights allowed. wow, this was NUTS but the sky was gorgeous and we had alot of fun. later we roasted marshmallows and finally at one o clock we all went to our tents. IT WAS SO COLD!!!!! like really, five of us girls were huddled together under several unzipped sleeping bags and we were all still freezing. yeah, no joke my mum told me it was the coldest night on record in a verrrry long time with a temp or 48. ouch. and i couldnt sleep. at all. i wonder why???

en la manana, after me and em convinced kelly to let us go up to the house and take a shower, we ate pancakes cooked over a fire and chilled for awhile before daycamp began. day camp itself was alrite, nothing really new. it was fun, but im totally out of energy...

a good monday

today has been a good monday. a really good monday. a really really really good monday. ahem, anyways, rite-o. among other things, today was the first day of day camp so that was fun. altho getting up after only what seemed like a few minutes (it was more than a few minutes, but not by much) at 6:15 ish wasnt so fun... but you know, i had the most lovely dream (kinda) prior to waking at 6:15 so it was all good and i managed to drag myself out of bed and get dressed/shower/breakfast all that good stuff without falling asleep once, altho it was close a few times, especially after i was all ready and went back to my room to grab a notebook and my Mp3 player and there was my bed, just CALLING, begging for me to come back to sleeeep... and then my mum honked the horn and it was time to go. *sigh. but i plan on a long nap sometime in the near future~!!

man, i know i should blog about day camp~ i really should, but im soo tired and it was such a long day that ill just tell alittle about it. first, the music is pretty good, altho my penguins arent there so its not the same ( kinda code name for Above the Influence, a band that me and one of my friends love and have created several inside jokes about, hence the penuins.). secondly, our kids were fairly well behaved, all ten of the little buggers, and they have good arms~ we played this game where you thow wet sponges at each other... they SOAKED me!! it was definitely an adventure! thirdly, i got to be in a skit acting as a japanese tourist. this was alot of fun, i got this big camera and my job was to speak jibberish and take pictures of everything. haha~ that was goofy. and this is the extent of what im blogging today because if i keep going, im sure ill end up saying something that doesnt belong here. so

karate kid, pizza, and an epic swimsuit...

heeey! so this makes two posts in one day~ yay me.i dunno how many posts ill get in next week so i figured id do two today just in case. next week is the Day Camp of Doom~ which means we leave the house at 7:30 and dont get back till 4:30. ahhh!!! and see i have this problem when it comes to kids, im a BIG softie so like last year i ended up giving piggy back rides and becoming like a human climbing tree to all 20 kids in our group. this lead to a plethera of bruises, aching shoulders and otherwise unpleasant side effects. however, overall it was a pretty fun week despite all that, i know its hard to believe, but its strangely fun. so i am, but am not excited.

so, we went into GL today and went to the library where we were only allowed to check out 2 books ( HEY!!) but really its fair cuz we have about a zillion from portland and sunfield already!! but after that, we went to Karate Kid which was rly good, the ending was pretty great too but i cant say that cuz i dunno if youve all seen it and i dont feel like being bashed. I love Jackie Chan tho, he is srsly the bomb. and they used one of my fave songs, say by john mayer, in it so i was like singing along and my mums giving me funny looks.. but they cut off half the second verse!! so i was like HEY! thats a good part~! and there was this really cute romantic thing going on in the background... awww!!! i love movies like that, it was adorable.

oh yes, pizza. after the movie we headed over to gramma and grampa js for pizza, and i ended up with the most epic swimsuit ever! okay, i normally wouldnt post about swimsuits cuz its just weird, but this one is way cool. if i saw it on a rack somewhere, i would prolly be like okay thats weird, because it is this crazy neon purple with silver stars on it. and its like one of those kinda old fashioned looking one pieces.. i can really splain well but i dont want to post pics cuz thats just awkward. either way, its epic. and now ill change the subject.

so this weekend has been alrite so far, saturday was pretty bleh but sunday... wait, i dunno if it really counts as sunday. it technically was, but i dont necessarily consider it to be... uh. right. anyways, today has been good. there we go. well i was awake most of the night, but i did get a bit of sleep i think from like six to eightish which is good i guess, but nevertheless i dragged myself out of bed at eight for no apparent reason now that i think of it, and came upstairs to lay around. i was lazy for quite some time but then mum made me clean my room ( really, she makes me clean it like every day but i have this clothes problem~ i HATE putting them away so i generally have this big pile in front of my dresser and i just grab what i want, its very convenient. but mum doesnt think so. so she made me FOLD it, and put it all away... agh. whatever tho. so my wifi isnt working AGAIN whats up with that? grrrr... so i have to do all this upstairs which really irks me to an extreme. but thats alrite I WILL SURVIVE (sung loud and operatically and prolly very very off key) neways. so we're going "as a family" (oh help) to see karate kid today, yaaaay, and make a stop at the grand ledge library (lemme point out here that plushie, you are REALLY missing out!!! it should be illegal not to have a library card~ and you couldnt even come up with good reasons you nutcase!!) ahem back to my afternoon. right, so karate kid then i think we're going out to eat so this should be a true adventure...

hiiii~ i dont feel very blogesque, is that a word? well it is now! in fact, i feel kinda wanh but i have a duty to you lovely bloggers, and that is to replay every boring detail of my life so you can pretend to be fascinated and make quirky comments. rite? rite. so my day.

got up late, again. bad kara. so i couldnt go running. so instead i got up and sat around on facebook for awhile, then took a shower, then GUESS WHAT? the internet stopped working.. hmm you know taht is SOOO surprising!!!! yup, it really is. so after that fiasco i sat around some more, got out of my jammies, put on some make up, dried my hair... waited until the internet was back on. then i figured out my songs for tonite at church and danced along with the motion vids to learn that and the stuff i was sposed to say... then i... erm i dunno what i did, oh yeah my friend micayla called and told me all about camp at ao-wa-kiya and made me VERY jealous. then uhhhh oh yeah, church! we packed up and left with a detour at the Day Camp of Doom where i will be serving time eight hours a day next week :/ ugh. so we set up a tent for our kid group, then to church. where i had to sing. agh. then haha i watched some of the sermon and learned taht back in bible times instead of the heart, the intestines were the major thing so youd tell someone i love you with all my intestines HAHA!crap, i have more to write but its bed time!!

ho hum! hello! good afternoon! this day is kinda flying by for me... but maybe thats cuz i woke up late, i generally get up at 7 to run but i really wanted to sleep in today, so i didnt get up til like 9:30. it was nice. today has been good tho, after waking up i took a shower then facebooked for awhile, then the internet died (oooh big surprise, this happens ALOT) so i got off and got dressed and found some money for garage sales... then we left for the portland library. on the way, we went to a few garage sales. heres a report

1. gartrell garage sale: not much there, got two books.
2. garage sale by park : me and court saw this yesterday, its like guy stuff.
3. fox's garage sale: not much there either...
4. plushies sale: best sale in sunfield, i got a necklace, bracelet and watch and... hmm did i get someting else? dont remember...
5. sale in prtland: bought a picture tree thing, a little mushroom, face wash, a book (the luxe... read it along time ago, dont remember much of it, but hey it was twenty five cents and i buy on impulse!!) and then a cookie and a glass of pink lemonade from some little grls there. actually, i had no choice witht he lemonade. observe :

good morning!! or, good mid morning? it IS almost 11! well i finally got up and did my running today, i did a big loop around town and stopped at the park to swing for awhile <3 before heading home. it was really lovely, and cloudy, and a bit breezy, i liked it. then after an ice cold shower (yes, this was intentional and feels reaaally good if you're all sweaty) my mum left and i am now on my own to babysit the natives who are currently out in the front yard making complete idiots of themselves screaming rudely and throwing things. i should prolly be helping? but whatever, let them beat each other up. either way, with in like 10 minutes theyll be best friends again. so why even bother???

what will it take to make you understand that i'm not lying...

well we had the worlds most epic light and sound show last night, starring mother nautre herself! it was soo beautiful.... i was sleeping quite soundly actually, when all the sudden around 2 i sat straight up in bed and heard " BOOOOM!" then of course i was wide awake. so i got out of bed and sat on my window seat thing for awhile,with the window open a bit just listening and watching ( i learned my lesson, no sitting in the rain for me despite crazy temptation) until i was sleepy again, then i curled up under my covers and went to sleep to the lovely sounds of thunder and rain. this morning, my alarm went off and once again i put it off and went back to my bed and fell asleep... until 8. maaan i need to find some motivation fast or else! but when i woke up at 8 i got up and rode around town taking pics of all the trees/branches down and marveling at how crazy it was! actually, at that time it looked like it might pour any moment again! but it cleared up within the next few hours and now its reaaaly pretty out... so we had dance today ( oh my gosh, i cant ever remember sweating so much... EVER), then my mom had to go to the neurosurgeouns office to review her MRI and talk about surgery (pinched nerves, bulging disks... shes a mess!!) then we went to a lake in ionia and swam for a couple hours and i made a sand scultpure of an octopus!! i shall have to post pics of him, he's rully cute!! :) oh my gosh! theres a rainbow on my leg... this is weird! oooh my hanging windown light reflectly butterfly thing is making rainbows!! yaaaaay. sorry. ahem, back to previously scheduled programming. so, that is my today. and now it is time for dinner. i think ill go ride my bike later, i think ill start riding everynite, and running every morning.... sweet.

hiii~! well i didnt post yesterday for several reasons, the two most important being i was really busy with fathers day and all and then also i felt like blah. im feeling a bit better today, i can actually hear what ppl are saying (yesterday and the day b4 my ears were so throbbing and stuffed up i couldnt get a word....) and i can swallow w/o immense pain. PS thank you plushie, the lemon juice really did help... neways. so what did we do yesterday? we went to my grammys house and stuffed ourselves full of food then swam (except me, who sat on the side trying to be optomistic about the situation), then sat around and ate desert, then came home. late. then went to bed. or everyone else did. i was up almost all nite. again. this has been rather common lately, not just cuz ive been feeling icky either, ive just had nites where i cant for the life of me get to sleep! not that thats always a bad thing, but when morning shows up and im sposed to be up for the day, it doesnt go so well. this is why i have not been running the past few mornings, well that and sickness. blah. BUT i have decided that i have been being bad lately w/o knowing it! by going to the Hill every morning, i am slowly losing appreciation for how beautiful it is! so i have decided to find some different places around town to go to so im not taking the same route everyday and downplaying the magic. any ideas? so far all ive got are the two parks (school and park park) but i dunno what else.

also, i have decided on a new nickname. i am going with zooom (it has to have 3 os too, for dramatic effect) . i almost went with juicebox, but ive been called that b4 by other ppl and i rly wanted something new so for now im zoom, for now means until i get bored of it, this happens quite frequently. sometimes i SWEAR i have ADD and this is not always a good thing! wait, plushie dont you have ADD? didnt you say that? and that you never take your meds? or was this all just a strange dream... which is also possible. oooh speaking of which. i had a weird dream 2 nites ago! so all these ppl i knew climbed through my window while i was in bed, wrote one word on my ceiling, then left. the last ppl who came were court and plushie, and they stayed for a minute or two, then left. but when i looked at my ceiling, all that was there was a spider. if i was deeply into these things, i would prolly find some hidden meaning in this bizarreness, but since im not ill stick with "dont eat apples and cheese right b4 bed!"

ohhh today has been prty dull. ive just been sitting around, helping mum plant flowers, practicing dance, reading, cleaning room (again), being blobby. thats me, blob extraordinaire!! *sigh. la la la la la. now im bored. ohhh i feel like crap.

ugh. i now regret sitting outside in the rain for hours last nite. i knew it wasnt good for me, i knew it, but i couldnt resist! and its not like it was raining hard, it wasnt even raining at all as it got later in the night, just a bit breezy. but cold and damp nonetheless. so i had a teensy sore throat b4 that, like oh that feels really dry lemme get some more water, sore... and this morning and all day, it has been getting worse. like i can talk fine, but it hurts. as does swallowing. and clearing my throat. all basic things i usually take forgranted. and guess what, we only have naaaasty cough drops that are "honey lemon" yeah rite, try crap and mint. eew. so if anyone has yummy cough drops and wants to send them via computer, please do. maaaaaaaaaan it hurrrrts!!okay im gonna ignore that for a moment and discuss the storm so i dont sound more whiny than i already have. THE STORM: so we were at leahs game and everyone was like omgosh, theres a triple storm threat for barry county and blah blah blah but they kept playing until around 8 when all the sudden the wind picked up and gray clouds appeared over the field and the ump yelled" thats a game, get out, RUN!" and panic ensued. and leahs friend started sobbing because shes "deathly afraid of tornadoes!!!!!" so we all got home to find~surprise! no power!!! this irked me greatly, esp when i booted up my comp to go online and realized that no power means no modem which means no wireless. crap. so we walked around by candlelight, esp ticked cuz one street over, and courtneys ( we drove by and i saw your light on) house all had power! like it was just our street~ugh. so i ended up with leah in my room hogging my bed so i said fine, have it! and went to sit in my window. well sitting in the window turned into sitting outside which turned to " i wonder if i could run somewhere and not get caught...." no, i didnt go anywhere, but never have i felt so strongly that i just wanted to escape already! and leave, and run somewhere, anywhere, just to prove that i can, just to feel the rain.. but i was too chicken. i did get up, i took about 3 steps then sat back down cuz reality check kicked in " where are you going? you'll catch your death of cold! someone will know your gone, you dont have a watch and will lose track of time! youll be kidnapped!" otherwise, i would be miles away by now. but back to the storm, it was so beautiful... im a storm freak, so i could have thunderstorms half the time and be thrilled not even caring that i only get sun everyother day! there was one boom in particular that none of us were expecting, this was around 10 mebbe and it was soo loud that it literally shook my window and for a moment, i thought someone had pounded it with a sledge hammer !!! sooo gorgeus. i would love one again tonite!! minus pwr outage bcuz it is very hard to read a book and rite in your journal by flashlite!!

so, that brings me to today. another long boring day stuck here. i got up to run, that was prolly the highlight of my day~ it was sooo pretty. then i had camp staff training for a local day camp, then watched my sister lose a game in lake-o, then came home and went blah until we had to leave for church which was just as blaaaah since i had to help with singing. altho afterwords i went up to the bridge (second level, over looks everything) to catch the end of the sermon and had the whole thing to myself (via live video feed) so i got to doodle all over my bulletin and styrafoam tea cup and take pictures of whatever w/o getting yelled at or weird looks. yaaay!

today. today.today. it was sooo long. okay it izzzz so long, since its still going but some interesting things have happened, observe:
1. our outside freezer broke so i watched my dad try to shove everything into the inside freezer... and fail
2. my brother and sister acquired two tadpoles
3. i drew horton the elephant in our driveway (actually that was yesterday but my yesterday post didnt rly say much so ill tell you today)
4. i went on a nice looong bike ride everywhere around town, hitting every street atleast twice, and the hill once... i swear, biking down it @ top speed? i felt like i was gonna sprout wings!
5. we had an ant infestation on our back patio which appeared to be a love fest, they were all erm... rite, anyways
6. my dad bought reeeeel bacon for dinner~ my mum always buys turkey bacon, not as good
7. i cleaned my roon (GASP) mum made me :/ really mum????
8. when i went running at 7 it was sunny, by the time i got home, showered, dressed and on the computer, it thundered once, rained for about 10 minutes, and now it is blaazing hot!

hey! okay so i posted three stinkin times yesterday~ how scary is that? uh oh, if im not careful im going to end up staying inside all day on blogger posting whenever my cat walks by or i eat a banana. oh well, maybe it tis my fate... now i just sound nuts. blame it on lack of sleep. i could not for the life of me get to sleep last nite, it was ridiculous... i just couldnt sleep, it wasnt happening, like i felt dead tired but couldnt actually fall asleep! i tried everything, writing, reading, dancing around to tire myself out, laying quietly, counting sheep... i even tried reverse psychology, telling myself " YOU ARE SOOOO AWAKE RIGHT NOW!" that didnt help, it made it worse :/... its been a really looong day, i feel so bleh. ugh.

i found a mutation

today a miliwig crawled across my floor. or maybe it was a centiwig, or an earpede, i dunno. either way, it was NOT normal. see, the bug looked like an earwig only with about one MILLION legs! eew! that reminds me, at school once we found an ant with 8 legs, weeeeird. we named him spidey-ant and i kept him safe so the boys couldnt squish him (they squish any bugs they see, surprise surprise...) until he could go oustside. now let me just get this out there, i like bugs and snakes and frogs and stuff like that, im not grly grl, but when there zooming towards you at unnatural speed with pincers in the front and a zillion legs, its normal to go "eeeeew." no i didnt kill him, i simply scooped him into an empty water glass and deposited him outside my window. i mean i wonder how creepy i looked to him, wouldnt that be interesting? to see things like buggggs see them? i bet we look like freaks, i mean we are freaks, but i bet we really look it. c'mon, only two eyes, two legs, two arms, no pincers... whats up with that? if bugs decided to, they could take over the world easily. but what do we do? we spray them with pesticide, we squish them beneath merciless shoes with a splat.... when really, we should be gently returning them to their environment so we can all go back to our normal lives. so next time you go to kill a bug, picture yourself as them... or if that doesn work, imagine that they're overruning your body and picking your bones clean~ ooooh like on indiana jones, the new one where the ants get that russian dude. sweeeeeeeeeeet.

so i avoided disaster today while watering courts moms plants and cleaning cat litter which was nice, no dumping watering cans of water on myself or being nearly mauled by the vicious cat. the cat never showed up, i called and called and looked in all the places Chris said he might be, but still didnt see him. prolly a good thing, we dont get along O.o

bum bah dum dum dum... right. anyways, uh....... well celebrate~ 2morro is my last day babysitting the horrid miss jessica (ugh) who bosses me around and leaves messes everywhere and refuses to eat her breakfast so im glad! but also, its my last day really babysitting this week cuz dad is home fridays, yay. i would sleep in, but i neeed to run or my dance teacher might kill me.... again. she does it quite often, she used to be a drill sergeant in the army and you can tell. shes really nice, just no nonsense, and that i can deal with. plus i want to run, altho i wish i could get up earlier... its not the same if ppl are up D:

gooood morning! doesnt that pic look like something off a horror movie? like in it is human entrails suspended in a highly glowly but deadly substance, and the face behind it is mangled and bloody~ and at night ppl wake up to see a light glow in their room, then it pulses brighter and brighter until he appears in the room, laughs maniacally, killls them and adds their entrails to the collection. man, i am morrrrrbid.

i had all the best intentions this morning to go running, i really did. but well the alarm rang and i thought hmm ill give it a couple more minutes, then that turned into "zzzzzzzzzzzzz" and being woke back up at 7:20 by my mum saying she was leaving for work. *sigh. oh, and my parents really just delite in screwing up my life. so i really like to run ERRRLY, thats the point of getting up so no one is around and you dont have to worry about ppl watching *shudder* thats why i haate running during the day. anyways, i guess there've been alot of robberies all around town lately, and some of them have happened in the early morningness (like ppl breaking into houses while ppl were in their beds sleeping and taking purses, laptops, you name it) so now i cant run till 7 when ppl are up and around~agggggggggh. thats no fun, first the sun is waay up alread, second ppl are leaving for work therefor out and about, thirdly ever old couple ever is out taking their morning stroll. wheres the magic in that? sucked out by parents. they do that alot. :/

i wish i didnt have to babysit my little neighbor today. its a finding nemo day i think, sitting on the couch under a million blankets watching finding nemo and just enjoying the gloom of the day. oh, if only. but no, today will consist of babysitting neighbor grrrl till 20 after noon, then babysitting the sibs till 3. my mom owes me a ridiculous amount of money rite now, i mean really i have babysat for her almost everyday for the last 3 WEEKS!!!!! *sigh. whatever.

in which i wish for a piece of cake

im feeling like eating a piece of cake right now. im not sure why, its an incredibly random urge but... i dunno, german chocolate or lemon~mmmm... or maybe even carrot cake with creme cheese frosting and a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream... ooh, make it sherbert, i luv sherbert, i swear its better than any kind of ice cream. especially if its raspberry, oh man... or orange, or liiiime, or coconut/pineapple or.... any kind! im a sherbert nut. but i guess i could settle for some apples and cheese today, thats rully rully good, a crunchy tart apple slice and a piece of colby jack cheese~yumm. it sounds weird, but its actually delicious. you should try it, oh blogger people! anyways, i dont want to waste a whole post on food, so we'll move on.

well today was okay, up running errrly in the gloom, then babysitting for the worlds bossiest 5 year old, Jessica. she's sooo bossy! she really terrorized my house and yard, like literally leaving a wake of polly pockets, babydolls and cheerios in her wake. shes adorable, dont get me wrong, but its the cute ones you gotta watch for, shes ridiculously mischievous!

its harder than it sounds, i swear!

so. i barely escaped with my life earlier... all thanks to a plastic watering can, a plant/monkey beast and a cat named Kitty Bud. so i rode my bike over with no problems from the highway cars or ninjas that im sure were lurking all around, but once i got there the fun began. first of all, i had to water the plants... so i took a pre-filled watering can and began to water. this was hard bcuz the cans spout thing was huge! so i basically soaked the deck and the flowers... then there was this hangy monkey that i had to water, and im not all that tall so i couldnt reach it from just standing... so i pulled over a deck chair, stood on it and tried to water this thing. now really, i had no idea if i was sposed to soak it or what? yeah, about that. i still was having a hard time reaching it, so i tippytoed up and tried to pour until~ this is embarrassing~ the whole can flipped sideways and completely drenched me. it was bad. so there i was, soaking wet and like "omw, that did NOT just happen, did it?" so i unlocked the house, went in and watered those few plants, then... the call of their tuned piano about killed me. i might have played a song or two. then i saw the cat. dum dum dum dum... he looked at me. i looked at him. i walked up and let him sniff my hand before gently petting his head~ or trying anyways, i didnt get to far bcuz thats when he HISSED really loud, several times in a row. obviously i backed off a bit and was like "alrite, its your house, im chill with that" but he wasnt. he followed me as i went upstairs to water those plants, then to clean his litter, finally i just stood really really still and pretended i wasnt looking and he came up, sniffed my leg, then walked away with a swish of his tail. reow to you to! i let him know that i was coming back wednesday to do the same thing, hoping hed loosen up a bit, but he was still eying me with great contempt when i slid out the door!

bored as heck. man i should go find something to do!!!!!!!!!!! but we're out of bananas again :(

waffle irons for all!

umm hullo all! so. this afternoon has been interesting! my dear father came home from work only 15 minutes after the kids were home (eternal thanks!!) and i retreated to my room to listend to a book on CD (keeping the moon, sarah dessen) and attempted to clean it and find somethings on my laptop while i was in a cleaning mode. after all that, we went for a short ride in the nice malibu my dad got on lease from GM tonite, i mean i never really was into the whole buy expensive cars thing, but ill tell you, i began to understand when we drove around town with some rap song blaring, bass turned up to shake the car and the DVD screens on the back of my head rest and dad's on their own sound circuit... it was nice. he wanted to get the camero, AHHH!!!, but someone else got it first :/ oh maaan. oh well. so we had to take ab to the orthodontist, and then i went to get my hair cut ~ yaaay finally, nothing major just bangs a bit and layerd and a little length gone, not much. and then we dropped off my mum's friends waffle iron at their house and came home. so here i am, just chillin. in a couple minutes im gonna go take care of courts plants and kitty litter, etc. oh, life is so weird sometimes... i.... i dunno. its an adventure!

fall and divide

good morning my lovely bloggy friends!! this is going to be a looooong day, i can tell. i almost didnt drag my lazy butt out of bed this morning, i was soooo close; this prolly has something to do with the fact that i kept waking up throughout the night, sometimes randomly, but the last few times because i thought there were giant spiders on my ceiling and in my bed. im not sure where the spider hallucination came from, but this happened several times; i would leap out of bed like i was being launched into space and flip on my lights, sure i had seen something, which is really actually pretty impossible since its like pitch black in my room, and of course there was nothing there. so id go back to bed. then, 45 minutes later, itd happen again! so basically, i am ridiculously tired today and thats not a good thing for a few reasons. firstly, i have to babysit for my little neighbor this morning from 8:20-noon then the sibs come home and i trade the neighbor for them until my dad gets home around noon thirty ish. so i guess its not that bad, i just wont be able to lay around and be lazy today :/ i actually have to get out of my pjs b4 noon... *sigh.

so, about my weekend! it was alrite, saturday we left around nineish to go to school fundraiser, its like a recital for dance, and we had our practice at 11, but didnt have to be back to dance until 6:30, whatsupp with that? so we went to the glorious IKEA if youve never been there you are missing out, they sell everything you could ever want to furnish your home , including bamboo!!! oh and they have the besssst frozen yogurt EVER, it was really great. performing was alrite, i didnt get to see any of the rully good numbers tho cuz i was backstage getting ready. i guess the one to "evacuate the dance floor" was reaaaaally good, and they also did "beat it" and "thriller" which i also missed out on :/ it was fun tho, there were about six of us out there tearing up the stage~ i loved it! yesterday we actually went to church cuz they had this tent party and i got to eat a snow cone and a hotdog and play in a bounce house and climb a rock wall! it was fun, i felt like a kid again :)

time to go get out of my jammies!!

hello again. well the rain has gone D: but it was nice while it lasted... in the meantime we went to the library and i got some books to read. i admit, im a book geek... give me a good book, a glass of cold pink lemonade, and a hammock and im in heaven. see, reading goes way back *arrogantly adjusts invisble tie* ahem, me and court were reading champs for what 3 years running or more? and we OWNED the competition, and then there were sleepovers which got progressively less fun as they went on, from us having the run of the place, to us being told where we were sleeping, when to go to bed, and being yelled at by grouchy mothers with their little kids. now they dont have it anymore :/ and just do like this laaaame "hotdog roast" yeah whatever. how sad *sniff sniff*. anyways.

this should tell you how uneventful it has been lately, im out of things to write :/. really, these posts are getting awkward!! umm well. i'm not babysitting today which is weird, usually i run, take a shower, get dressed for the day/makeup if im feeling ambitious, watch saved by the bell for an hour and a half (haha, i feel so retro...) then the kiddies come stumbling out to watch peep and the big wide world (a very cute cartoon about a narcistic duck named quack, a cynical red birdnamed chirp, and a vaguely clueless chick named peep)... and then we do whatever, school work left by mum, cleaning, weeding the garden, eating, reading... whatever. but today, i went running, showered, then sat. i had no idea what to do so... i started reading cage of stars (again) and ended up falling asleep for 2 hours! why am i telling you all this? am i that desperate? that i tell you what i do every morning? ahhhhhhhhhhh! oh man, i need some ideas of things to write about ppl or my the end of the week its going to be like this

wull today has been alrite so far, you know, its life :/. went to grammas with the sibs and we got to swim in her pool which was nice, but COLD so i mostly just floated around and played monkey in the middle (very difficult when youre on a floaty)... man, i dunno what to write about now, i havent done much else today... uh... hmm well i have recital this saturday, that should be fun~ i really do love performing, much more than feising, feising is ridiculously stressful. like the actual dancing i like, but not prep etc. performance is just fun, loud music ppl watching and cheering and, yeah, its great.

so. about the title~ killer fireflies. i saw my first three fireflies last nite around midnite, but i thought they were something else. lemme start at the beginning. so it was midnite and i had just finished reading "pretties" so i was kinda on edge, like my mind still processing everything. wull b4 i go to bed, i like to sit on my window sill and open my window and just think, you know?technically i could leave at anytime, no screen! neways its nice. so as i pulled back my heavy curtains, i noticed that the shadows were really funny on my window well and froze when i saw a flash of light in my backyard. now b4 you think im completely paranoid, there have been alot of robberies and vandalism lately, even my neighbor got robbed, so my first thought was oh man, someones in the yard with a flashlight. then the light kept blinking, on and off and i figured someone was turning it on, walking a few steps to see ahead, then turning it off. so i pulled my curtains almost all the way together and peeked through the crack at the light... suddenly, one appeared to the right of my window as well and i thought "ohmigosh they're closing in!!" and dropped the the floor, literally shaking (man i feel dumb telling this!!) with fear because i thought that any second my window was going to be smashed in. no joke! so i straightened up a little and looked for light through my curtains and almost screamed when one of the orbs came down into my window well, i thought i was going to die! and since id just read pretties my mind was spinning with possibilities of what it could be, and now it looked like someone had stuck some kind of pulsating sensor in my window well! yeah, about that. when i finally got the courage to look through the curtains again, i carefully noted the little light.... and felt completely like an idiot when i saw it was a bug. A FIREFLY! thats it! so i just sighed with relief, laughed at myself, and stumbled to bed where i promptly fell asleep. but on a happy note, fireflies mean SUMMER!!!

my grandpa came up with a most excellent idea, but i might have to do some research for this one, not sure of local laws. he said i should start a shoe tree~ how cool is that? so i need your help plushie and court to help me find a good spot and start this!! i am excited.... i plan on doing all sorts of crazy things this summer. and, i have resolved to not let myself be bored. if i am bored, i must turn to my list of things to do when almost bored, for example

1. master the art of listening to a book on tape and reading a book AND comprehending both (this is hard! ive been trying lately)

2. teach myself to roll my tongue- they say its hereditary, but i think i can learn, im pretty awesome ;)

3. go around town taking pictures of things i pass everyday and have never really seen, even tho i look at them everyday, ie a mailbox or a streetsign

4. make things out of ductape, like a wallet or a purse, or a dress!

5. madlibbsss!

those are just a few, if you have any good ideas, comment them or post cuz i want to get a long list going... of fun things, like the banana thing.... yay.

so i didnt get up this morning!! usually i get up and run to the hill and back ( not really allowed to spend much time out on a run cuz last time i went for a while i got in trouble... long story) but this morning my alarm went off at 6:15, as always, and i thought hey i think ill wait today and leave around 6:30. yeah, ill just sleep some more. so when i woke up at 7 and mum was leaving for the day, i knew it wasnt going to happen! oh well.

so i recently watched Angels and Demons with Tom Hanks, it was rully good! violent, but good. if you've never seen it i highly recommend it~! it was like a catholic history national treasure type movie, and there was this killer twist at the end that made the movie, wow.

alrite, well i have more banana pics to post but not sure when ill get around to putting them up... my mum finally bought more bananas, which made me very happy, and shes buying me a 61 piece chalk bucket next time she goes to meijer/walmart! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!! man, im really feeling like going skiing today... random feeling, but i want to skiiiiii, i love skiing. its kinda like flying.... or so id imagine.
